Terms of Payment
Full payment upon confirmation of order.
Please email me the payment details once you have made the payment to avoid any unnecessary delay.
Orders will be processed upon receiving of full payment.

3) Self-Collection
Meet up for collection is possible with min. order amount of $35 and the meet up location must be at my convenience.

Exchange & Refunds
All items sold are non-refundable.
I will only exchange goods that are faulty upon delivery. Please check your items carefully and inform me within 24 hours after receiving the items. If I do not hear from you within these 24 hours, I will consider the products as accepted by the customer and will not extend any exchanges after the 24 hour period.

Actual products may look slightly vary from the pictures shown due to lighting and pictures' quality.
In the event that any material used in the sample is not available, you will be informed, and suggest a similar alternative to use.

I may put orders On Hold (even though it's an urgent order) until the buyer replies the confirmation e-mail. If the buyer does not reply after certain period of time, I may need to cancel the order. This is to prevent fraud cases.
